Re:build Southeast Ltd House Extensions

House Extensions

When planning an extension, it is best to first consider its main purpose, whether it will be a separate self-contained area or just extra space for a growing family. It is best to list your requirements so that our architects have an idea of what you would like. Our architects, registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects, will draw up plans ready to submit to your local council.

After planning permission is achieved, Re:build will provide you with an estimate and both parties will sign a contract.

One storey extensions are more common, however two storey extensions can create additional space without going into the loft. Contrary to common misconception, adding a two storey extension doesn't necessarily mean that it will cost you twice as much!

A conservatory is a cheaper way of achieving additional living space. Re:build are able to offer a full conservatory build service.
